The counter's second screen works like a supermarket checkout display, but built for gold shops. Each line the customer is buying or selling shows the shop's price next to the market price for that exact gold type, together with the ticket total.
Market prices and exchange rates are fetched automatically from PNJ and Vietcombank. Customers do not need to check their phones and staff do not need to explain. The two numbers side by side are enough.

VietQR and loyalty card on the same screen
The customer display shows a VietQR code with the exact amount and ticket code for bank transfer. The code is generated at the counter to the NAPAS standard, with no outside service and no fee for the shop.
The same screen shows the loyalty card with a QR code. Staff scan it on the sale ticket to pick the right customer without asking for a phone number or searching by name.
After confirmation
Once the ticket is confirmed, the display shows a thank-you message, the amount and the points just earned for 10 seconds. The customer sees straight away what the purchase added to their points.
When the counter is idle
When no ticket is open, the customer display rotates ads between price boards. A sign-up QR at the bottom lets waiting customers join the loyalty programme themselves.

The large price board behind the counter is a separate screen that shows prices only. The customer display shows the ticket for the person at the counter. The two screens do different jobs and run independently.
