Transactions

Pawn

  • Create pawn tickets within a configured limit
  • Extend or redeem, total due equals principal plus interest
  • Liquidation after due date plus grace period
  • Cancellation requires a reason; extended, redeemed or liquidated tickets cannot be cancelled

Inventory, customers and staff

  • Item codes, stock and movement history per transaction
  • Customer records with duplicate ID or phone warnings
  • Staff accounts, account lock, forced password change on first login
  • Item labels and invoices

Permissions

  • Owner: everything, including prices, catalogues, settings and pawn
  • Store manager: transactions, stock, customers, view staff
